APOC Expands Northeast Delivery of Liquid-Applied Roofing Systems, Sealants and Adhesives to Reduce Lead Times

APOC has facilitated faster fulfillment in the Northeast United States for roofing professionals with a fleet addition that better enables direct-to-jobsite delivery, multi-city regional coverage and reduced truckload minimums.

ANDOVER, Mass. March 12, 2026 APOC, a leading manufacturer of professional roof restoration products, has expanded its delivery operation in the Northeast United States to enhance agility, reduce lead times and better serve roofing contractors and distributors in key regional markets.

This expansion strengthens APOC’s ability to serve roofing professionals who face a common dilemma: work with smaller, local suppliers for speed and flexibility, or partner with a large, national manufacturer for scale, consistency, and product quality and reliability.

The enhanced delivery model helps to remove that trade-off, especially during time-sensitive roof repair projects.

“Roofers often prefer smaller, local suppliers for speed and flexibility, but that tends to come at the expense of manufacturing scale and long-term reliability,” said Brett Antell, Director of Sales Northeast US, APOC. “Our enhanced delivery for APOC customers in the Northeast means they don’t have to choose. With APOC, they get all of the above: the responsiveness and agility they need, and the trusted performance of a national brand.”

The initiative builds on APOC’s existing distribution network and is anchored by its Seaford manufacturing facility. It includes the addition of a new enclosed box truck—with lift gate capability and 12- to 15-pallet capacity and a pup trailer—to their current company-managed fleet of vehicles. The result is increased reach and responsiveness in Washington, D.C.; Greater Baltimore; New Jersey; and the Southern Pennsylvania /Greater Philadelphia areas.

“This is a decision driven by what our customers need, competitive dynamics and APOC’s continued commitment to roofing professionals,” Antell added. “The initiative enhances agility, improves lead times, and strengthens our ability to compete with regional suppliers positioned as local providers. It makes business sense for APOC, but more importantly, it does more for our customers that work against the clock to deliver high-quality roof restoration.”

Commercial roofing contractors in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C. and Maryland can contact their APOC representative or visit APOC.com to locate a regional roofing supply partner and request jobsite delivery.

APOC and DSL Coatings Partner to Launch Fluid-Applied Roofing Systems in the Netherlands

European contractors gain access to high-performance restoration products backed by local support and technical strength

ANDOVER, Mass.May 22, 2025APOC, a leading manufacturer of roofing products in North America and a premier brand within the ICP Building Solutions Group, is now available in the European market.

Born out of a shared vision and complementary strengths, APOC and DSL Coatings (Lelystad, Netherlands) are launching a strategic partnership designed to deliver next-generation roof restoration systems to a market ready to embrace new options. DSL, traditionally a coatings distributor, is expanding into roofing and is starting strong with APOC’s portfolio in hand.

“There’s a real opportunity in the Dutch market,” said Blaine Bishop, Export Sales Manager EMEA at ICP. “What makes this moment particularly compelling is the shift we’re seeing toward restoration-first thinking. Contractors are looking for solutions that streamline labor, deliver performance and meet today’s energy and climate demands, and APOC brings all three with a track record of results across thousands of U.S. installations.”

Cut Coats, Cut Costs

Where many competitors require multiple coats, APOC’s systems, especially its silicone-based technologies, often need just one coat. That means less time on the roof, less labor and fewer disruptions.

Performance is another differentiator. APOC coatings offer high solar reflectance index (SRI) values and superior material density. The result is better energy savings, enhanced longevity and reduced strain on both structures and budgets.

“What sealed this partnership was the level of support,” said Marc Buitenhuis, Technical Sales Director, DSL Coatings. “APOC doesn’t just provide products. They’re helping us bring something new to the region with training and resources tailored to our market. That kind of investment, especially from an American brand entering Europe, isn’t something we take lightly. It means our contractors won’t just get access to high-quality materials; they’ll get hands-on guidance, application expertise and the tools they need to grow.”

Right Move, Right Time

The timing couldn’t be more aligned. With summer temperatures rising and roofing projects accelerating, European contractors are seeking alternatives to full roof replacement. APOC’s restoration-first approach offers a practical, cost-effective path forward that minimizes downtime while maximizing return, and is available now.

And DSL Coatings is equipped to deliver. With local warehousing, next-day delivery across the Netherlands and technical support on demand, DSL will ensure APOC products reach the market efficiently and reliably.

This launch marks a turning point for fluid-applied roofing in Europe. APOC and DSL are ready—and they’re inviting contractors and building owners to join them.
