Since 1988, Stefan has been directly involved with one of the largest global manufacturers of low-pressure polyurethane (PU) foam insulation, sealants, adhesives, and spray foam systems in pressurized packaging. Prior to partnering with ICP, he was considered one of the industry’s leading CASE market experts, and served as President/Chief Operating Officer of FOMO Products. Today, Stefan is the Chief Operating Officer of the ICP Group.

Adrienne Malek

Operations General Manager
Pli-Dek Division and APF Plant

Shortly after graduating from the University of Maryland University College with a degree in Accounting and Business Management, Adrienne started a career as an Account Manager with Pli-Dek, a manufacturer of specialty coatings for the building industry. Before long, Adrienne earned her way to the coveted General Manager position. In early 2018, ICP approached Pli-Dek with a partnership opportunity. Adrienne was part of the committee that agreed to the terms. Today, she is proud to be the Operations General Manager of both Pli-Dek and APF, which are ICP brands.
