Emotional Support

We offer an EAP, Employee Assistance Program, as well as a new feature from Optum Health.  Optum Health now offers an Emotional Support Help Line at 1-866-342-6892 is free of charge and available to anyone, so you can share it with family and friends.  Through this hotline, caring professionals will connect people to resources. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Physical Well Being

If you are enrolled in our medical plan, you can utilize Teladoc for professional medical services without having to go to a Dr’s office.  Visit www.teladoc.com or call 1-800-teladoc.

Financial Well Being

The newly enacted CARES Act now allows employees easier access to their 401K funds, please click here for more information.

Additionally, the EAP service also offers guidance and counseling for financial assistance.

Also please remember you have the option to reduce or suspend your 401K contributions. To do this you need to go to www.empower-retirement.com to make your changes.
